ADV.RED, a product of Pixecutive Ltd, provides technology for the insertion of advertising placements, scripts, and data collection tools on websites to publishers and ad networks. ADV.RED is not responsible for platform malfunctions, incorrect use, or any damage caused to clients of publishers, individuals, or companies involved. All liability and damages arising from the use of the platform are attributed to the user “THE CLIENT”.
The Client is not authorized to resell the ADV.RED service and platform under any circumstances. Resale may lead to service interruption and compensation claims.
ADV.RED owns the Intellectual Property Rights of the Application. This agreement does not transfer such rights to the Client.
Each party will keep the other’s Confidential Information confidential and will not disclose it to any third party except for the purposes of this Agreement, without the prior written consent of the other party.
The use of the ADV.RED Service is subject to compliance with these Terms and Conditions. ADV.RED may terminate or suspend your access to the service for non-compliance with the Terms and Conditions or other guidelines, at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
The Client may access a free trial period. At the end of the trial, ADV.RED has the right to initiate a paid subscription. During the trial, the Client may test the service on only one URL.
The UK VAT (Value Added Tax) will be applied to all customers, regardless of their country of origin.
Before proceeding to court, both parties are required to attempt a direct and simplified resolution of disputes. This may include contract termination and payment of overdue or upcoming invoices.
All responsibilities regarding data management, data protection, and content publishing are borne by the Client. ADV.RED will solely provide a CMS (Content Management System) for publication to the Client, and all content published, along with its data management and preservation consequences, are the responsibility of the Client.
